Workplace English Language and Literacy Programme

Organisations and individuals may be eligible for government funding to improve the English language, literacy and numeracy skills of the Australian workforce. NSW AMES can make an initial assessment of your eligibility for funding, assist with your funding application and the design and delivery of the required training.

Language Literacy and Numeracy Program

Funded by the Department of Education, Science and Training, the Language Literacy and Numeracy Program (LLNP) helps registered unemployed people develop the language and literacy skills needed to find employment.

You may be eligible if you are:

  • aged 15 – 64 years
  • registered with Centrelink as unemployed
  • not a full-time student

Other eligibility conditions also apply. Read more about LLNP funding or contact your local Centrelink or Job Network Member.
