It is a policy of NSW AMES to collect, manage, use and disclose personal information in accordance with all relevant legislation, specifically the NSW Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and the NSW Department of Education and Training (DET) Privacy Code of Practice.  Personal information is any information that relates to an identifiable person. 

The NSW AMES website collects your personal information when you sign up as a customer. We use the information you provide to process your payment and deliver your order to you.

NSW AMES also holds personal information relating to staff members and partners which it uses to administer the secure login sections of the website.
